We check drivers from a distance: send these photos, then we do a short WhatsApp video call. Your licence and the selfie are private: only we see them, and we delete them after we decide. The car photos and your profile photo will be shown on your driver card, so travellers can see your car.
We check every driver before listing: photos, a short video call, and a guest house that knows you.
