We are a website that connects travellers with guest house owners in Georgia. We do not own or run the guest houses. Your stay is an agreement between you and the host.

A request is not a booking until the host confirms it. Nothing is paid on this website: you pay the host directly, in cash, on arrival, unless you agree otherwise with them.

If your plans change, cancel your request in My trips as early as you can, so the host can give the room to someone else.

Describe your guest house honestly, use your own photos, keep your prices and free nights up to date, and answer requests within a day where you can.

We check every new listing, and we can decline a listing or take it offline if it is not accurate or breaks these rules. We will tell you why.

Drivers listed on Kera Georgia are independent and not employed by us. You agree the time, price and trip directly with the driver and pay them directly.

We check drivers from a distance before listing them: photos of their licence and car, a short video call, and when possible a guest house that knows them. Each driver card shows exactly what was checked.

We check drivers before listing them, but we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, prices or the trip itself. Please tell us through the Contact page if something goes wrong. If a driver does not keep their word, they will be removed from the site.

Only guests with a confirmed stay can review a house. Be honest and polite. We check reviews before they appear and remove ones that are rude, false or not about the stay.

Some villages are remote and some mountain roads are dangerous. Road, weather and travel information on this site is a guide only and can be out of date. You travel at your own risk; check conditions locally before you go.

We do our best to keep the site correct and working, but we cannot promise it always will be. We are not responsible for what happens during a stay; please sort out problems with the host, and tell us if a host does not keep their word.

We can change these rules. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
