Privacy policy

Your account: email address and password. The password is stored encrypted; nobody, including us, can read it.

Your profile: name, phone or WhatsApp number, country and city, gender, and anything else you choose to fill in.

Booking requests: the house, dates, number of guests and the contact details you send with them.

Reviews, messages from the contact form, and the guest houses you save with the heart.

For owners: the guest house details and photos you upload.

Only to run the site: to let you log in, to pass your booking request to the host, to show reviews, and to answer your messages. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

The host of the house you send a request to sees your name, country, phone number and the details of your request. Other hosts do not.

Reviews are public, with the name and country you write on them.

Guest house listings, including the phone number and photos the owner adds, are public.

The site administrator can see everything, only to run and protect the site.

Supabase stores the database, accounts and photos. Vercel runs the website. Resend sends emails. The map comes from OpenStreetMap and the weather from Open-Meteo; your browser loads them directly, so they see your IP address, but not your account.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits to the website (pages, country, device) without cookies and without anything that identifies you. When you send a booking request, a host request, a driver application or a message, a short summary (name, phone and the details you wrote) is sent to the admin through Telegram, so we can answer quickly.

We use only what the site needs: one cookie that remembers your language, and your browser storage to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your information while you have an account. You can change your profile at any time under Account, and delete your whole account there too. Deleting it removes your profile and account; reviews stay without your account link.

Drivers who apply send photos of their driving licence, a selfie and their car, and can add a photo of themselves. These are kept private (only the admin can see them) and are deleted as soon as we decide on the application. The licence and the selfie are never shown to anyone. If a driver is listed, the car photos and the profile photo are shown on their public driver card.
